I got acquainted with Federal Service Corp/Pacific Financial in 2009. I was interested in starting my own brokerage and they were instrumental in my success. Diane Yeschenko (Senior Trust Administrator) was always there ready to help me with any advice and procedures. Scott Ferris (Senior Vice President), is very personable and always had time to answer any and all of my questions and concerns. I have found my experience with them to be above and beyond any expectations I had had!! I have now paid off my surety bond and still enjoy a continuing relationship with them.

We at UST Logistics Inc cancelled our BMC-85 with Pacific Financial Association due to Internet Truck Stop offering a “Diamond Broker Program” and felt this was beneficial to our business. ITS then received a claim against our account and, after taking the renewal fee for the year, issued a cancellation with the FMCSA without first contacting us to check the validity of the claim. The claim filed against UST was not a valid claim and we weren’t given the opportunity to dispute or discuss the claim with Washington International Insurance Company. Due to this situation, UST chose to come back on board with Pacific Financial Association because their customer service and the claims process is the best in the industry.
